  • Standard custom orders will be completed within 3 business days.
  • For customized wigs such as colored wigs or specially styled designs, please allow an additional 7–12 business days for processing before shipment.
  • Please note that customized items begin production shortly after the order is placed, so expedited cancellation or modification may not always be possible once processing has started.

Shipping Insurance Refund

  • Refunded before shipment: Refunded to the original payment account.
  • Other cases: Refund eligibility varies.

General Return Policy

  1. Unused, unwashed, uncut, and in-stock items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
  2. For quality issues (such as excessive shedding, incorrect texture, or factory defects), please provide clear photos/videos within 48 hours after delivery for verification.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized orders (color, texture, length, lace size, etc.) once production has started.
  • Installed, dyed, permed, cut, or damaged items.
  • Requests beyond the after-sales period.

Return Process

  1. Contact us by email with your order number and return reason.
  2. We will reply to you with the return address or instructions.
  3. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 2 business days after receiving the return.

Exchange Policy

  • Approved exchange orders will be shipped within 3 business days after the returned item is received.

  • Returns must be shipped via DHL or FedEx (USPS not accepted).
